There is enormous power in using the auction method to liquidate assets! You have complete control to determine the date in which your items will sell! No other venue can achieve the kind of results that an auction can bring. Not only does the dealer network bid, but also the end user. This creates tremendous competition for each and every item. The dealer tends to put a floor price for resale value, and the end user tends to bid for actual usage.

There is a sense of urgency created in an auction environment. Buyers know that they must bid quickly or risk losing the item that is up for bid. This rapid fire bidding takes place throughout the entire course of the auction. Gone are the days of the auction method being thought of as a "last resort". The auction method is the only way to get maximum dollar for each item sold.

Many times, when selling to a dealer, they will "cherry pick" the items that interest them and leave the rest. At our auctions, we sell EVERYTHING, and do it in one day! It doesn't get much better than that!

Buyers will go out of their way to buy at auction! The alternative is to buy from a dealer, or worse yet, have to buy new equipment. Because the item is available for immediate removal, buyers will pay more to get the item right away. Most of the time the equipment was not purchased for resale, so they also save on sales tax (different in some states).
